Designed by architects Antonio Citterio and Partners, Bulgari Bali is a chic modern resort perched on a cliff with awe-inspiring views of the Indian Ocean. Located 150 metres above sea level, the resort features luxurious villas with a private sundeck and plunge pool. The hotel has been built and furnished using hand-cut volcanic stones, rich exotic woods and refined fabrics. Natural lava and palimanan stone are used for the garden and interior walls.
A collection of exquisite Balinese antiques and exotic art pieces, including more tha 90 examples, adorn the entire resort. Furniture and decorative details have been designed and produced in Bali by a team of local artists and designers in collaboration with Bulgari and Antonio Citterio and Partners. The spacious villas at Bulgari Resort come with traditional Balinese décor and Bang and Olufsen audio and visual systems. The floor to ceiling glass bathrooms overlook the private courtyard.
Activities at Bulgari Bali include Swimming at the resort’s pristine private beach, reachable only by elevator, specialty spa treatments or visit a volcano from breathtaking heights of a helicopter. Il Ristorante offers traditional Italian dishes while Balinese and international dishes are served at Sangkar Restaurant. Other dining options include fresh seafood at La Spiaggia.
