Cellars of La Maison Ruinart
Created in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, the house Ruinart is the first champagne house in the world. Its old cellars, which have depth of up to 38 meters, permit a slow mature of the famous wine. The coldness of this underground cathedral possesses a perfect degree of moisture for the champagne production. The oldest champagne house was registered “historical monument” in 1931 and offers a unique experience.At the end of the tour you will enjoy a commented wine tasting of the precious wine of the house Ruinart.
